Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance (Preferably CPA)
• At least 2 years experience in plant controlling, cost accounting, forecasting, financial analysis, or management accounting
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Proactive with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferably residing in or near Mariveles, Bataan

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support plant operations and management decisions
• Assist in monitoring production costs, inventory, and other plant-related financial activities
• Facilitate collection, analyze and report on product variances generated to operations and plant management; provide explanations as to cause and effect of variances
• Coordinate inventory related activities and inventory control, including analysis, reporting, cycle count activities, inventory adjustment needs and help ensure overall inventory accuracy
• Participate in the month-end closing, preparation of journal entries in areas such as inventory related adjustments and write-offs, reserves analysis, reconciliations, and accruals
• Facilitate necessary reclassification entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist in computation of product costing and other special costing projects
• Other duties as assigned, such as analyzing past and present financial results and estimating future revenues and expenditures for budget or forecast work
• Supports in other regulatory bodies (BIR, LGU, etc), business permits, plant tax requirements and others
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned
