Philcement Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Plant Controlling Officer to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support plant operations and management decisions.

We’re looking for a Plant Controlling Officer to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive operational efficiency.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support plant operations and management decisions.
Assist in monitoring production costs, inventory, and other plant-related financial activities.
Facilitate collection, analyze and report on product variances generated to operations and plant management; provide explanations as to cause and effect of variances.
Coordinate inventory related activities and inventory control, including analysis, reporting, cycle count activities, inventory adjustment needs and help ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Participate in the month-end closing, preparation of journal entries in areas such as inventory related adjustments and write-offs, reserves analysis, reconciliations, and accruals.
Facilitate necessary reclassification entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in computation of product costing and other special costing projects.
Other duties as assigned, such as analyzing past and present financial results and estimating future revenues and expenditures for budget or forecast work.
Supports in other regulatory bodies (BIR, LGU, etc), business permits, plant tax requirements and others.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance (Preferably CPA)
Preferably with atleast 2 years experience in plant controlling, cost accounting, forecasting, financial analysis, or management accounting
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Proactive, strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferably residing in or near Mariveles, Bataan
