Job summary

LF (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Planning Supervisor to oversee the planning team and ensure efficient operational scheduling within our contract logistics environment. You will coordinate with suppliers and clients, supervise production and distribution plans, and optimize warehouse capacity and material planning.

You will develop SOPs for the Planning Department and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Planning Team to ensure accurate and timely execution of operational plans.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to team members.
• Prepare and implement production and distribution plans in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse capacity, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor and order raw and packaging materials to ensure availability before production or dispatch.
• Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to align on capacity utilization, RPM, and finished goods availability.
• Review annual and monthly finished goods requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for the Planning Department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

About the role

This role ensures customer requirements are met while optimizing resource utilization, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and maintaining planning standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Planning Team to ensure accurate and timely execution of operational plans


• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to team members


• Prepare and implement production and distribution plans in line with customer requirements


• Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse capacity, manpower, equipment, and materials


• Monitor and order raw and packaging materials to ensure availability before production or dispatch

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in planning or operations within logistics/contract logistics


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material planning, and supply chain processes


• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams


• Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Office applications


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
