Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Planning lead to oversee daily production activities and material stock levels, coordinating with departments on production schedules and shipments.

The role includes supervising a team, preparing inventory and production reports, and applying PEZA and BOC processes for efficient logistics coordination. A college degree plus 5 years planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing planning with 2 years in leadership/coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP for data analysis and planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and material stock levels.
• Coordinate with departments on production schedules, shipment, and parts availability.
• Prepare and submit inventory and production-related reports.
• Supervise subordinates and monitor team performance against standards.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, material control, and operations coordination.
