Job summary

Design Coordinates, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a planning engineer to manage and update the project schedule. You will coordinate with the project manager and team to ensure alignment with project milestones.

The role requires 1–2 years in construction planning and Primavera P6 proficiency, plus knowledge of EOT and claims analysis. On-site position in Makati, with regular look-ahead scheduling and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience as a planning engineer on construction projects.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies and resource loading.
• Experience with EOT preparation and claims analysis.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

• Maintain, update, and manage the project schedule.
• Analyze and report on schedule performance weekly and monthly.
• Recommend mitigating actions for delayed activities.
• Provide a look-ahead schedule and flag delays to the project team.
• Coordinate with team members and the project manager to align schedule with project goals.

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
• Must have at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience as a planning engineer in a construction project
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with Primavera P6 software
• Technical knowledge in construction processes, methodologies, resource loading, and the like.
• Knowledgeable in EOT preparation and claims analysis
• Knowledgeable in standard planning and programming management practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Should be amenable to work placement in Makati City
