Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules utilizing industry-standard software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Perform routine risk analyses and recommend proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and budget overruns.
• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations closely to ensure consistent on-time project delivery.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for management and external stakeholders, highlighting schedule performance and critical bottlenecks.
• Support the estimation and strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and material requirements to ensure total alignment with project timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to established project management standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise directly with engineers, contractors, clients, and internal project teams to gather operational data and integrate updates into the master plan.

Qualifications
