Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is hiring a planner for APMS plans and work lists across major process units and facilities. The role ensures accurate scheduling, risk-based planning, and timely completion to support safe, efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer (I&C) with 2-3 years in shutdown, turnaround, or maintenance planning in power or heavy industry, proficient in MS Office, Oracle Primavera Cloud, and IBM Maximo, and willing to work at

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, I&C.
• 2-3 years in shutdown/turnaround/maintenance planning in power or heavy industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred) for planning.
• Experience with CMMS such as IBM Maximo for work order creation, monitoring, and tracking.
• Capable of risk-based prioritization and assessing equipment condition.
• Able to generate daily progress updates and post-maintenance reports with recommendations.
• Knowledge of power plant operations, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Willing to work at Masinloc, Zambales.
• Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Qualification

• Licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, I&C
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in shutdown, turnaround, or maintenance planning within the power or heavy industry sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred) for planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Experienced in using CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo for work order creation, monitoring, and tracking.
• Capable of assessing equipment condition and applying risk-based prioritization to maintenance tasks.
• Skilled in generating daily progress updates and post-maintenance reports with recommendations for APMS improvement.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and organizational ability in technical planning and documentation.
