Responsibilities

• Support manpower planning using models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) to hit KPIs.
• Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with teams to ensure workforce availability.
• Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data for planning and daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related data to improve planning accuracy.
• Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables for campaigns.
