Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Proficient in Excel
• Strong numerical thinking
• Background in e-commerce operations is a plus
• Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met

Responsibilities

• Support manpower planning using manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to achieve operational KPIs.
• Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability.
• Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data to support planning and daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related operational data to improve planning accuracy.
• Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.
