Job summary

Ibiden Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to plan, control and monitor the production schedule based on daily and weekly plans. The role involves ensuring proper machine and line allocation, developing recovery strategies, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee timely delivery.

You will monitor product flow, gather data affecting scheduling, and provide reports to track progress. Onsite work at FPIP Sto.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledgeable in IE & QC Tools, SPC techniques & programs.
Willing to work onsite at FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Responsibilities

Plan, control and monitor production schedule against daily and weekly plans.
Check compliance of machine and line allocation for each process; formulate recovery strategies.
Provide strategies, recovery plans and line allocations as needed.
Monitor production line, product flow and data affecting the schedule.
Expedite and simulate for products with critical shipments.
Check quality and quantity to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments related to production and shipment concerns.
Create work instructions and process modules to ensure systematic workflow; drive improvements.
