Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Production Planning professional in the Philippines to own master production scheduling, conduct time-and-motion studies, and establish standard man-hours for manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on capacity planning, bottleneck forecasting, and KPI dashboard development, with Lean/5S process improvements across departments. Collaboration with the Production Manager is essential to drive recovery scenarios and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in production planning and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in time-and-motion study and work measurement.
• Ability to map processes and develop standard times.
• Experience with KPI and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Develop the master production schedule.
• Convert deadlines into backward production schedules.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies to set standard man-hours.
• Establish and monitor standard production lead times.
• Forecast bottlenecks and plan capacity and manpower.
• Create weekly/monthly capacity forecasts and production dashboards.
• Analyze downtime, rework, and waste to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Production Manager on recovery scenarios.
