Job summary

Ibiden Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to plan, control and monitor the production schedule based on daily and weekly plans. The role involves ensuring proper machine and line allocation, developing recovery strategies, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee timely delivery.

You will monitor product flow, gather data affecting scheduling, and provide reports to track progress. Onsite work at FPIP Sto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledgeable in IE & QC Tools, SPC techniques & programs.
• Willing to work onsite at FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and monitor production schedule against daily and weekly plans.

Job description

Plan, control and monitor production schedule referring on the daily and weekly plan prepared by Production Planner, check compliance machine and line allocation of each process and formulate strategy for recovery with the objective of timely delivery of products to customer within the limits of company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategies, recovery plan and line allocation.

• Monitor production line, product flow and gather data affecting production schedule.

• Expedite and provide simulation for product with critical shipment.

• Check quality and quantity of product to ensure on time delivery with customer satisfaction.

• Coordination with other department related to production and shipment concern.

• Make work instructions and process module to ensure systematic work flow. Formulate improvement activities of the team.

• Prepare daily and weekly report for scheduling team in order to monitor progress of each activity.

• Prepare reports to monitor plan status and provide information to all concern groups.

Qualification

• Must be a graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any related course.

• With three (3) years and above related experience preferably in Manufacturing company.

• Knowledgeable in IE & QC Tools,SPC Techniques & Program.

• Willing to work onsite in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
