Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Planning Assistant to provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Planning and Production Control department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (BA/IT/Industrial Tech, etc.).
• 2+ years of administrative, data-entry, or operations support experience.
• Strong Oracle ERP knowledge for transactions, inventory routing, and reports.
• Advanced Excel skills for data conversion, sorting, formatting, and analysis.
• Proactive, autonomous worker capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with IT, Facilities, DCC, and OSATs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve WIP and inventory reports; convert to Excel worksheets for daily tracking.
• Generate Oracle ERP reports (inventory status, grind, cycle time, PCD, metrics) for decision-making.
• Audit reports for accuracy before distribution to Production Group.
• Release subcontractor lots and issue INOP instructions to OSAT/subcontractor sites.
• Record and process manual Oracle receipts; manage lot terminations for scrapped items; update PCD under planner guidance.
• Process Online Shipping Orders and Internal Sales Orders in Oracle for global shipments.
• Track real-time assembly statuses and provide lot-by-lot updates to planners.
• Maintain document control; archive reports (including ERRS) and coordinate with DCC for secure transfers.
• Compile and reconcile weekly runcards; oversee procurement of office supplies and IT requests.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
