Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Planning Assistant to support the Planning and Production Control team. You will manage data preparation, execute system transactions, and ensure compliance across administrative functions in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will work with Oracle ERP, Excel, and cross-functional partners to maintain accurate schedules, monitor WIP and inventory, and drive continuous improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of admin, data-entry, or operations support experience preferred in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Production Reporting: generate and convert WIP/inventory reports to Excel for daily tracking; produce Oracle ERP reports; audit reports before distribution.
