Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project plans and schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Identify project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to define tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks or conflicts and propose solutions.
• Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Track progress against schedule and budget.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify delays or risks and suggest mitigation plans.
• Identify and analyze project risks that could impact timelines or costs.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
