Job summary

Manulife GB Plan Design Trainer will develop and implement pre-process and process training, covering process flows, platforms, and compliance requirements. The role analyzes training effectiveness and plans follow-up sessions to ensure knowledge retention.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Operations, delivering diversified training methods, and maintaining curricula and documentation. The incumbent will monitor trainee performance, update materials, and contribute to risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed performance metrics in the current position.
• No attendance issues and no disciplinary action within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrated capability to perform knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map annual training plans.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training using various methods.
• Develops and implements training curriculum, training plan and production glide paths.
• Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Manage training queues to ensure timely turnaround.
• Provide weekly feedback to Operations on trainee performance and improvements.
