Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a GB Plan Design Trainer to develop and implement pre-process and process training, covering process flows, operating platforms and compliance requirements.

You will analyze training effectiveness, plan follow-up sessions, and collaborate with Operations to map annual training plans, delivering instructor-led and hands-on sessions, and maintaining training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map annual plans.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training.
• Develop and implement training curriculum and production glide paths.
• Update training documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Manage training queues to meet turn-around times (TAT).
• Provide weekly feedback on trainee performance and improvement.
