Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated learning agility and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions using instructional design principles.
• Create and maintain learning assets, assessments, and learner materials.
• Ensure content aligns with business and learner needs.
• Support LMS-related activities and deployment requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders; incorporate feedback.
• Participate in QA, testing, and revision cycles.
• Escalate risks and blockers when needed.
