Qualifications

• Dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques.
• Experience with preparing pizza, sauces, toppings, and garnishes per recipes.
• Familiar with gas, electric, and wood-fired ovens.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Maintain consistent quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and meet deadlines.
• Inventory control and FIFO procedures.
• Stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in hotel, Italian restaurant, or high-volume pizza kitchen is an advantage.
