Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a shift supervisor for our food production and bakery lines in Metro Manila. You will oversee shift operations, ensure GMP compliance, manage quality control, and maintain attendance and shift logs.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting and a solid grasp of GMP, HACCP, and lean tools. Workplace involves shift work with 6-day schedues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations in a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.

• Oversees shift-level operations of the food and bakery production lines. Focuses on operational execution, shift output targets, GMP compliance, real-time quality control, and managing personnel shift logs and attendance
