The ideal candidate has experience in pizza preparation, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work well in a busy environment. Shifts including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Cook, Line Cook, or similar is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pizza preparation and oven operation preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper kitchen sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with good work attitude and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• At least High School or College Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheese, and various toppings.
• Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens.
• Ensure proper cooking time, temperature, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in taste and quality.
• Prepare ingredients and perform daily mise en place.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pizza station and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor ingredients and report low-stock or damaged items.
• Minimize food waste through proper handling and portion control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
