Job summary

Westside Resort in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking a Pit Manager to oversee daily table games operations, ensure game integrity, and maintain exceptional guest service on the casino floor. You will supervise Pit Supervisors, Inspectors, Dealers, and other frontline staff, provide coaching and performance feedback, and coordinate with Labor Relations for disciplinary matters when needed.

Strong knowledge of Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps is required.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Table Games Operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and other table games.
• Thorough understanding of gaming procedures, internal controls, casino policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pit operations and ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the security and integrity of gaming activities, identify irregularities, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations promptly.
• Monitor table utilization, game flow, staffing coverage, and operational performance to minimize disruptions.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a welcoming gaming environment.
• Supervise Pit Supervisors, Inspectors, Dealers, and other frontline staff to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, training, performance planning, and mentoring to support team development and high performance.
• Promote employee engagement, teamwork, accountability, and adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and procedures.
• Monitor performance goals, conduct evaluations, document coaching interventions, and support retention and development initiatives.
• For senior-level scope, prepare conduct notices, performance improvement plans, and related disciplinary documentation in coordination with Labor Relations.
• Maintain accurate and secure attendance, infraction, compliance, and personnel records.
• Manage table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and other major casino games.
• Apply knowledge of table spread management, major player profiling, gaming integrity, AMLA, responsible gaming, and gaming policies and procedures.
• Work effectively across shifting schedules, including holidays and extended periods of standing, while maintaining service and operational standards.

About the role

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Pit Manager in an Integrated Resort Casino or at least 3 years of experience as a Pit Manager in a Non-Integrated Resort Casino

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Table Games Operations

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position

• Comprehensive knowledge of Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and other table games

• Thorough understanding of gaming procedures, internal controls, casino policies, and regulatory requirements

• Experience in team leadership, performance management, scheduling, coaching, and operational planning
