Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Asset Manager to support and govern digital assets across PIM and DAM platforms. You will coordinate with capability owners and marketing/tech leads to enable the capability roadmap and drive data quality, tagging standards and governance.

You will manage asset ingestion, metadata, and asset classifications while collaborating with creative, marketing and business teams to optimize asset usage and impact.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of general digital/martech/IT experience.
• One (1) year of DAM, PIM, asset management, or similar SaaS experience.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Advanced computer applications and business systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration and operational support across PIM, DAM, Azure storage, and related systems focusing on data quality and metadata.
• Manage product-related digital assets including images, documents, videos and marketing collateral.
• Create, maintain and govern metadata tagging standards and asset classification structures.
• Support asset ingestion, tagging, organizing, migrations and publishing workflows.
• Ensure assets are linked to products, categories, brands, and hierarchies in PIM/DAM.
• Document processes, provide system training, and monitor asset usage and governance.
