Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Asset Manager to support our Digital Marketing team. You will coordinate with capability owners to manage assets across PIM and DAM and ensure alignment with product data and marketing workflows.

The role partners with marketing, business, and technology leads to operationalize the capability roadmap and maintain governance of assets. Ideal candidates have DAM/PIM experience and strong project management, with mid-shift hours (3pm–12am).

Qualifications

• Three or more years in digital/martech/IT.
• At least one year in DAM, PIM or asset management SaaS.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office and business tools skills.
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Willing to work mid-shift (3pm–12am) with occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PIM, DAM, Azure storage and related systems with focus on data quality and metadata.
• Manage product-related digital assets including images, documents, videos and marketing collateral.
• Create, maintain and govern metadata, tagging standards and asset classifications.
• Develop data models for assets to ensure proper categorization, searchability and integrations.
• Ensure assets are linked to products, categories, brands and product hierarchies in PIM and DAM.
