Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Asset Manager to support digital marketing by governing assets across PIM and DAM platforms. You will coordinate with capability owners, manage metadata, and ensure asset classification and searchability align with integrations and product hierarchies.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and tech leads to operationalize the capability roadmap, performance dashboards, and data quality standards while maintaining governance and training for users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital/martech/IT experience.
• 1 year of DAM, PIM, asset management, or SaaS experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer applications (MS Office) proficiency.
• Strategic/critical thinking with problem-solving ability.
• Mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) with occasional shifting support.

Responsibilities

• Perform admin across PIM, DAM, Azure storage with focus on data quality and metadata schemas.
• Manage product-related digital assets including images, documents and marketing collateral.
• Create and govern metadata, tagging standards, naming conventions and asset classification.
• Assist building data model structures for asset management and platform integration.
• Ensure assets are linked to products, categories, brands and hierarchies in PIM/DAM.
