Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital/martech and asset management environments.
• Experience with DAM/PIM systems and related SaaS platforms.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into metadata and governance rules.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, product, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with capability owners to manage, document, process, and govern assets in PIM/DAM platforms.
• Maintain metadata, tagging standards, naming conventions, and asset classifications.
• Support asset ingestion, tagging, migrations, synchronization, and publishing workflows.
• Ensure assets are linked to products, categories, and hierarchies within PIM/DAM.
• Audit data quality, usage rights, governance, and operationalize capabilities.
