Job summary

The Medical City South Luzon is seeking a Physician Engagement Specialist to lead initiatives that strengthen relationships with physicians, enhance communication, and foster collaboration and professional growth across the network.

You will partner with senior leadership to design recognition, development, and feedback programs, manage physician satisfaction, track KPIs, and organize events that promote knowledge sharing and integrated care across TMC's enterprise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in physician engagement, patient experience, or healthcare service roles.
• Experience in survey design, CRM systems, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communicator with a passion for service excellence and relationship-building.
• Collaborative leader who can influence across departments and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recognition, incentive, and leadership programs aligned with TMC's strategic objectives
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand physician needs and pain points
• Serve as the lead for the Physician Performance Evaluation Committee, ensuring fair and comprehensive assessments
• Create programs that support physician satisfaction, communication, and integration into the TMC network
• Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Track KPIs, analyze feedback, and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and external organizations to enhance outreach and brand alignment
• Create platforms for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure physicians feel heard and valued
