About the role

Play a key role in strengthening collaboration between physicians and hospital leadership. As a Medical Affairs Officer, you will support medical staff governance, ensure proper credentialing and compliance, and help foster a professional environment where doctors can deliver the highest quality of care.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate medical staff committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between physicians, clinical leaders, and hospital administration
  • Manage physician credentialing and privileging processes and maintain accurate medical staff records
  • Support physician engagement initiatives, onboarding of consultants, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Health Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in clinical affairs, hospital administration, or medical staff coordination
  • Experience in physician credentialing and privileging; exposure to DOH, PhilHealth, or hospital accreditation standards is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality
