Job summary

CEBU VELEZ GENERAL HOSPITAL, INC. seeks a Doctor Engagement Associate Manager to develop and sustain productive relationships with affiliated, visiting, and prospective physicians.

The role acts as a liaison between doctors and hospital leadership to ensure timely support and a positive experience throughout physician engagement with the organization. You will work with leadership across departments to address physician concerns, support recruitment and retention, and coordinate engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, Marketing, Communications, Nursing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospital operations, physician relations, medical affairs, business development or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with affiliated and visiting physicians.
• Coordinate physician engagement activities and address physician concerns with hospital departments.
• Support physician recruitment and retention, onboarding, and integration into hospital systems.
• Plan and implement physician engagement programs and communicate updates to physicians.
• Monitor physician satisfaction and report on engagement outcomes to management.
• Ensure activities comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
