Job summary

The Medical City South Luzon is seeking a Physician Engagement Specialist to lead initiatives strengthening relationships with physicians, enhancing communication, and fostering collaboration and growth within the network.

You will work with senior leaders to design programs recognizing contributions, support career development, onboarding, performance evaluation, and community building across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Has 3–6 years of experience in physician engagement, patient experience, or healthcare service roles.
• Experience in survey design, CRM systems, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communicator with a passion for service excellence and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic engagement: Develop and implement recognition, incentive, and leadership programs aligned with TMC’s objectives.
• Lead feedback initiatives: Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand physician needs.
• Coordinate performance evaluation: Lead the Physician Performance Evaluation Committee for fair assessments.
• Design training and onboarding: Create programs that support physician satisfaction, communication, and integration.
• Foster community: Organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Manage CRM and data: Track KPIs, analyze feedback, and report insights to leadership.
• Support digital and external communications: Collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach and brand alignment.
• Champion physician voice: Create platforms for feedback and ensure physicians feel heard and valued.

As Physician Engagement Specialist at The Medical City South Luzon, you will lead initiatives that strengthen relationships with physicians, enhance communication, and foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

You will work closely with senior leadership and physician stakeholders to design programs that recognize contributions, support career development, and align physician engagement with enterprise goals. Who You Are

• A graduate of Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Has 3–6 years of experience in physician engagement, patient experience, or healthcare service roles.
• Experienced in survey design, CRM systems, and stakeholder management.
• A strong communicator with a passion for service excellence and relationship-building.
• A collaborative leader who can influence across departments and levels of the organization.
