Job description

Patient Care & Medical Coordination
  • Conduct medical history-taking and physical exams for new patients
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists based on their condition
  • Monitor and reassess patients every 2–4 weeks
  • Provide follow-up consultations to ensure proper care
Medical Reports & Certifications
  • Prepare initial and progress medical reports
  • Issue medical certificates (e.g. work-related, disability, fitness-to-work)
  • Release Certificates of Final Medical Assessment (CFMA)
  • Respond to inquiries from agencies, principals, and partners regarding patient status
Coordination with Specialists
  • Work closely with specialists for updates on diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Coordinate patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care
Team Meetings & Case Reviews
  • Participate in weekly team huddles to review patient cases and resolve issues
Administrative & Compliance Tasks
  • Review and sign government and insurance-related forms (SSS, Pag-IBIG, OWWA, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Other Tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Education
