Patient Care & Medical Coordination
- Conduct medical history-taking and physical exams for new patients
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists based on their condition
- Monitor and reassess patients every 2–4 weeks
- Provide follow-up consultations to ensure proper care
Medical Reports & Certifications
- Prepare initial and progress medical reports
- Issue medical certificates (e.g. work-related, disability, fitness-to-work)
- Release Certificates of Final Medical Assessment (CFMA)
- Respond to inquiries from agencies, principals, and partners regarding patient status
Coordination with Specialists
- Work closely with specialists for updates on diagnoses and treatment plans
- Coordinate patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care
Team Meetings & Case Reviews
- Participate in weekly team huddles to review patient cases and resolve issues
Administrative & Compliance Tasks
- Review and sign government and insurance-related forms (SSS, Pag-IBIG, OWWA, etc.)
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Other Tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
Education
License/Certification
- PRC Physician License (Required)
