Care Center Clinic in Pangasinan seeks a Physician Leader to serve as Head of Facility and Primary Care Physician. You will provide comprehensive medical consultations, manage both acute and chronic illnesses, and guide staff in clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with active PRC license.
• Accredited PhilHealth professional status (YAKAP/KONSULTA) preferred.
• Experience in community health or LGU-based practice is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or digital health solutions is preferred.
• Interest or background in healthcare innovation or medical technology.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Clinical Duties (Primary Care Physician):

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and ensure rational drug use
• Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness programs
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Ensure proper referral of patients to specialists or higher-level facilities when needed
• Support teleconsultation services, if applicable

B. Leadership & Administrative Duties (Head of Facility):

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including staff scheduling and workflow
• Supervise and mentor healthcare staff (nurses, encoders, allied personnel)
• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies and other regulatory requirements
• Monitor facility performance, patient volume, and service quality
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with management, partners, and stakeholders for program implementation

C. Quality & Patient Care Management:

• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Implement clinical guidelines and protocols
• Address patient concerns and resolve complaints
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

D. Reporting & Coordination:

• Submit regular reports on clinical and operational performance
• Represent the facility in meetings and external engagements

Qualifications:

• Experience in Community Health or LGU-Based practice is highly preferred
