Job summary

Cognizant Softvision, LLC in the Philippines is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our on-site contact center team in Metro Manila. We value candidates with 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience and a basic understanding of medicines, packaging, and device components.

You will guide callers, document product information clearly, and participate in a dynamic quality environment. Experience in pharma or quality handling is a plus; flexibility for shift schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product‑related problems.
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information.

• Contact center or customer‑facing experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates.
• Amenable to work on Full Onsite setup.
