Job summary

The role focuses on guiding callers, documenting product information, and identifying defects or quality concerns in medicines, packaging, and devices.

Qualifications

• With 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience
• Basic understanding of medicines, product packaging, device components, or storage requirements
• Ability to identify and understand product defects, device issues, or quality concerns
• Strong communication skills for guiding callers in describing product‑related problems
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments is an advantage
• Contact center or customer‑facing experience is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and adapt to process or regulatory updates
• Amenable to work on Full Onsite setup
