Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a patient-facing support role in a fast-paced contact center environment.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in BPO or healthcare settings, with knowledge of medicines, packaging, and device components. You will guide callers, document information meticulously, and adapt to shifting schedules while working onsite.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active license.
• 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience.
• Understanding of medicines, packaging, device components, or storage requirements.
• Ability to identify product defects, device issues, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication to guide callers in describing product-related problems.
• Good attention to detail when documenting product information.
• Familiarity with pharma or quality handling environments is aplus.
• Contact center or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to work full onsite and adapt to shift updates.

Responsibilities

• Guide callers in describing product-related problems and symptoms.
• Identify defects or issues and document details accurately.
• Escalate to QA/compliance teams as needed and follow regulatory updates.
