Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse to support our healthcare-focused operations.

The role targets candidates with 0–2 years of BPO or healthcare experience and a basic understanding of medicines, packaging, and device components. You will guide callers through product-related issues, document information meticulously, and adapt to shifting schedules in a Full Onsite setup.

Qualifications

• RN with 0-2 years of experience in BPO or healthcare.
• Basic understanding of medicines, packaging, device components, or storage.
• Ability to identify product defects, device issues, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication skills for guiding callers about product problems.
• Attention to detail when documenting product information.
• Familiarity with pharma, consumer health, or quality handling environments.
• Contact center or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and adapt to updates.
• Amenable to work on Full Onsite setup.
