SB Finance, Inc. in Makati (Metro Manila) seeks a Telephone Credit Investigator/Phone Verifier to verify loan applicants’ information and assess credit worthiness through outbound calls. You will use standard scripts and support our underwriting process.

No prior experience required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related field is preferred. Strong communication, customer focus, and time management are essential; a proactive, enthusiastic attitude is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conducts credit verification thru phone call (Applicant, Employment and Trade Checking) using the standard spiels while adhering to the approved underwriting guidelines.
• Assists Credit Officers in validating clients’ information to speed up loan application process.
• Exhaust all credit efforts in contacting loan applicants to minimize account termination or unsuccessful verification results.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures using the operations manual and underwriting guidelines to control risk.
• Proactively propose initiatives to achieve or improve productivity, service delivery, and quality.
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
