Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to undergo at least 3 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Basic computer and office application skills.
• Motorized Credit Investigator experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
• Interview borrowers and co-borrowers to confirm relevant information.
• Conduct field visits to residences, businesses, and project sites.
• Take photographs and document findings during field inspections.
• Verify the applicant’s identity, residence, business, employment, and background.
• Conduct third-party verification through visits, calls, or email.
• Verify employment, bank accounts, trade references, agency records, and character references.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide recommendations based on investigation results.
