Job summary

Safc is seeking a Credit Investigator to conduct fieldwork, interview borrowers, and perform on-site inspections across residences, businesses, and project units in the Philippines. The role involves verifying identity and backgrounds and conducting third-party verifications to support loan evaluations.

Qualifications

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections.
• Experience as a Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to undergo at least three weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate borrower documents submitted through the CRM system.
• Conduct interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers to gather and verify information.
• Perform on-site inspections of residences, businesses, and project units, including taking photo documentation.
• Verify the identity, living conditions, and background of loan applicants.
• Carry out third-party verifications through personal visits, phone calls, or email correspondence.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) and provide loan recommendations based on evaluation findings.
