Pluxee Philippines Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Country Sales Director to lead sales strategy and revenue targets across the Philippines, driving go-to-market plans for rewards, multi-benefit and HR tech solutions.

You will manage a high-performing team, engage with senior leaders, shape client solutions, and collaborate with marketing, product and merchants to expand market share. This role requires 12+ years in sales with leadership and a proven ability to energize teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience, with at least 5-6 years in leadership role.
• B2B experience engaging with senior leaders in client companies.
• Proven track record in solution selling / consultative sales.
• Experience with Rewards & Recognition (R&R) platforms, multi-benefit or SaaS/HR tech.
• Strong ability to design customized client solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Create quarterly revenue goals and strategic objectives for the team.
• Define KPIs to monitor weekly sales efficiency and pipelines.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify new market opportunities in R&R and multi-benefit platforms.
• Work with marketing, product and merchants to refine offerings.
• Provide market feedback and align solutions with customer needs.
• Act as Philippines’ Sales Director to Pluxee International.
