Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Sales Director for the Philippines to lead revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives across the country. The role requires a proven commercial leader with experience in enterprise sales, channel development, and team management within technology or cybersecurity sectors.

You will develop the local sales strategy, guide a team of AEs, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers, manage key accounts, forecast performance, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience with 5+ years in regional leadership.
• Strong network of channel contacts in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the Philippines.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Philippines sales strategy aligned with global and APAC objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
• Manage key enterprise accounts and strategic partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within both direct and indirect channels.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and distributors.
• Forecast and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
