Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Area Manager/Senior Area Manager for the Philippines. You will lead the regional team of account managers, develop strategies to grow Agoda’s footprint, and coordinate with senior management to align objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 5-10 years' experience in sales in a fast-growing global travel/e-commerce company.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading successful teams in e-commerce or travel industry roles; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead of the region.
• Develop and execute regional strategy to increase Agoda footprint.
• Coordinate with senior management on planning and objectives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Represent Agoda at tradeshows, workshops and events.
• Develop and own relationships with hotels, tech partners, and other partners.
• Lead a team of market managers in managing hotel partnerships.
• Support market managers in partner visits and achieve internal goals.
