You will manage internal teams and external agencies while ensuring compliance with local advertising regulations. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of leadership in integrated marketing, with strong digital marketing and performance marketing expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• Filipino national.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in Technology, E‑commerce, or other high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and consumer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion goals.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product, operations, and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine advertising regulations and governance standards.
