Job summary

Mober Technology PTE Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for the Philippines and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements. You will maintain accurate payroll records and process inputs, while coordinating with HR, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Working knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations and statutory benefits.
• Experience with payroll software, HRIS, timekeeping, or attendance management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees.
• Review attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leaves, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
• Address and resolve employee payroll concerns.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations on payroll-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation information.
