Job summary

Wood Couture is establishing a new Philippines office in Cebu and seeks a Director to lead its operations. The role requires deep technical expertise in FFE and interior projects and hands-on leadership to build and manage a new office from the ground up.

You will oversee technical coordination across design, engineering, production, procurement and project teams, work with international clients, and implement processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience in FFE/Interior projects.
• Experience leading international interior and FFE projects.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and production docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and development of the Philippines office.
• Provide technical leadership across international FFE projects.
• Manage and develop a high-performing technical team.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specs, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate between design, engineering, production, procurement and projects.
• Coordinate with international project teams and clients.
• Establish processes to ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support recruitment and building the technical team.
