Job summary

Wood Couture is expanding its international operations and establishing a new office in the Philippines. We seek an Office Lead with a strong technical background in FFE and interior projects to lead the development of our new operation.

The role requires deep understanding of FFE, joinery, materials and production processes, with responsibility for building and managing a new technical team and coordinating across global project teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with strong technical background in FFE / fit-out projects.
• Proven experience delivering international interior/FFE projects.
• Ability to build and lead a technical team from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and development of the Philippines office.
• Provide technical leadership across international FFE and interior projects.
• Manage and develop a high-performing technical team.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, production requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate between design, engineering, production, procurement and project teams.
• Work with international project teams and clients to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Establish processes and standards for quality and timely delivery.
• Support recruitment and building the technical team.
