Job summary

Canva's Philippine marketing team in Manila is seeking a driven Marketing Lead to own the end-to-end Philippines strategy, shape the brand voice, and drive growth in a vibrant, social-first market.

You will lead a nine-person team across brand, social, influencer, events and community, collaborating with the Growth Marketing Lead to ensure brand and performance pull in the same direction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading brand-building and growth initiatives in high-growth markets
• Experience owning big integrated brand campaigns from strategy through execution
• Strong leadership with ability to coach a multidisciplinary team
• Deep understanding of the Philippines digital landscape, platforms and culture
• Fluency in English; Taglish and Philippine languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the Philippines marketing strategy end-to-end with clear accountability
• Lead big, fame-driving brand campaigns across TV, digital, OOH and social
• Oversee creative production and media buying for cultural impact and efficiency
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to extend Canva's reach in the Philippines
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Lead on CRM and performance for integrated funnels
• Coach and grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team
• Foster a locally resonant voice across platforms and communities
