Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross in the Philippines seeks a Logistics Country Manager to coordinate all logistics activities in the country, ensuring systems are in place, compliant with government regulations, and aligned with ICRC standards.

You will lead 10–15 staff in Manila, oversee procurement, warehousing, import/export, transport, fleet and reporting, and act as the main link between field operations and headquarters.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years in a people management role
• Proficient with logistics software (JDE/IRIS)
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, objectives, strategies for logistics in line with delegation priorities
• Supervise and manage 10-12 staff in Manila site
• Oversee all Logistics files and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
• Manage finances for all Logistics cost centers
• Ensure requests fulfilled within a reasonable time frame and compliant with procedures
• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding Logistics policies
• Ensure all Logistics transactions in JDE/IRIS are accurate and timely
• Provide support to Mindanao Logistics teams as needed
