Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Makati, Philippines seeks a Sub-regional Logistics Manager to coordinate logistics activities and provide remote operational support to Tokyo, Jakarta, and Suva delegations. You will ensure logistics systems are in place and resources are used efficiently, serving as the key link between Manila, headquarters, and field teams.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree or equivalent experience.
Good command (spoken and written) of English and/or French.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of specialized software.
4-6 years professional experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
Experience in humanitarian work and international environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

Establishes strong relationships with customers and translates plans into action with stakeholders.
Monitors KPIs and drives corrective actions as needed.
Supports the order management process.
Oversees sourcing and procurement in coordination with Manila buyers.
Oversees transport and fleet activities in coordination with the regional team.
Builds and manages delegated Logistics budgets.
Engages with suppliers, UN/NGOs and authorities when required.
