Job summary

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Manila/Makati is seeking an Internal Control Compliance Manager 2 to monitor and follow up on recommendations from internal and external audits, manage risk mitigation actions, and provide management with timely reporting. The role requires extensive audit experience, strong ERP knowledge, and the ability to lead teams onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall professional experience.
• Eight years in a similar field or function; preferably with the ICRC.
• Experience in internal or external audit is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on recommendations and action points from audits and CTM findings.
• Coordinate with risk owners and stakeholders to obtain updates and support timely resolution.
• Identify overdue or potentially ineffective actions and escalate significant issues.
• Assess action plans to ensure residual risks are adequately addressed.
